Under Armour Curry One Low Elite 24

Crafted for participants of the Under Armour-sponsored Elite 24 Hoops Classic, the Under Armour Curry One Low "Elite 24" offers a distinctive and unique appearance to Stephen Curry's debut signature shoe. Starting in 2006, the Elite 24 Basketball Showcase predates Under Armour's involvement in basketball footwear and was initially part of RISE Magazine. The inaugural showcase was hosted at the iconic Rucker Park in Harlem. The collaboration with Under Armour was the brainchild of Kris Stone, UA’s Sports Marketing Director, who launched the E24 during his tenure as Associate Publisher at RISE. Over time, Elite 24 has featured some of the globe's finest high school talents.

Release and Unique Design

In 2015, the event took place in the "DUMBO" area of Brooklyn, yet the Electric Blue, Carolina Blue, and Blaze Orange colorway of the Curry One Low harks back to earlier classic editions of the Elite 24, when it occurred in Venice Beach, California, from 2010-2012. The Curry 1, as Stephen Curry's first branded basketball footwear with Under Armour, was among UA’s top-selling designs, and the Elite 24 edition significantly bolstered this standing. Despite its Elite 24 Basketball Showcase inspiration, the Under Armour Curry One Low "Elite 24" became available at Foot Locker outlets.
