A. Which countries does Boxstock deliver to?

You can shop at Boxstock from any country within the EU (European Union).

B. Shipping costs

The shipping costs are 10 euros.

C. Import duties

All orders are shipped from Boxstock (Netherlands) to any destination within the EU. No import duties or taxes will be applied upon arrival.

D. Transit time, processing time & cut-off time

• Transit time: 4 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes both shipping time from the seller to Boxstock and from Boxstock to the buyer.
• Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes the verification process and handling of your order.
• Cut-off time: 4:00 PM (GMT+1, Amsterdam). Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

E. Delivery terms

All our products are delivered via UPS, DHL or POSTNL.

F. Address change

We cannot change the delivery address once the package is in transit. Would you like to change the delivery address of your order? Then contact us within 24 hours after placing your order at [email protected].

G. Packages damaged during transit

If you notice that a package has been damaged during transit, refuse to accept the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered while you were not present, you can also contact our customer service to discuss the next steps.
