Returns for purchases from business sellers
At BoxStock, we understand that you may change your mind about your purchase. That's why we have a simple return policy for business purchases.
You have 14 days to return a product, counted from the day of receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition - complete, unused, and without damage.
Send an email to [email protected] to start the return process. Make sure to check the following points before shipping:
- Is the product new and unworn?
- Are all accessories included?
- No creases or other signs of use (e.g., from bending the toe of the shoe).
- Is the item in its original, undamaged packaging?
- The product must be double-packaged to avoid damage during shipping.

Returns for purchases from private sellers
Please note that products purchased through private sellers on the BoxStock platform cannot be returned.
When purchasing from a private seller, you enter into a direct contract with the seller. BoxStock merely facilitates but is not a party to the contract. Therefore, it is not possible to exchange, cancel, or return items.
Would you still like to resell the product? No problem! You can simply offer it on our platform.
