The upper showcases a woven jute design, enhanced by canvas overlays and a comfortable sheep wool lining, tinted with dye from blue gardenia flowers. The laces are composed of eucalyptus-tree fibers. Instead of synthetic adhesives, a genuine sidewall stitch connects the upper to the partially transparent gum rubber cupsole. These sneakers arrive in a box made entirely from recycled cardboard.
