The Nike Air Max Penny Doernbecher is part of the Nike x Doernbecher Freestyle initiative from 2012, crafted in partnership with the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. This unique sneaker, crafted by Alejandro Munoz, an 8-year-old admirer of the San Francisco 49ers, displays personal illustrations throughout its reflective upper. A 49ers emblem adorns the inner side, while a self-portrait is showcased on the tongue. Alejandro's one-of-a-kind design is brought together with his name prominently displayed on the heel tabs.
