Japanese designer Takahiro Miyashita collaborated once more with Converse in May 2019, introducing TheSoloist x Jack Purcell Zip Ox 'Americana' low-top model. Rooted in the grunge aesthetic of Seattle and inspired by Miyashita's fascination with Kurt Cobain, this design showcases a striped canvas upper with red and white 'Americana' color patterns. Instead of traditional laces, it features a zipper closure.
